goal is to provide the absolute best basketball-specific, age appropriate
strength and conditioning training programs and equipment to athletes
of all levels to maximise their full athletic potential and increase their
overall level of basketball performance. Basketball coaches at every level are looking for ways to improve the physical conditioning and athletic abilities of their players! Our focus lies in providing coaches and athletes, from the beginner level to the elite-professional level, with cutting edge training methods, equipment and resources that will assist them to improve their on-court performance and overall physical preparation for basketball. All
coaching is conducted in a properly supervised, safe and fun environment. Our philosophy is one of "long term athlete development and education" (not "high-risk" methods for "short-term" gains). Athletes are all different and "adapt" to training at differing rates; we use a variety of drills, exercises and training techniques, all of which are introduced in a systematic progressive manner based on athlete competence. This systematic approach with measurable self paced progressions makes our training programs more "individualised" and safer by ensuring that a solid foundation is layed prior to progressing on to more advanced training methods. |
