Sports® is currently developing it's Hops
Doctor range of Jump Training Programs and Products to complement
our current coaching services. The Hops
Doctor home training programs
will combine years of research and experience in speed & power training
methods.
Unlike
other jump training programs, Hops
Doctor programs will not make outragous claims of
ridiculous gains in vertical jump in unrealistic time frames, and will
not prescribe "high-risk" methods for "short-term"
gains!
All
athletes are different and "adapt" to training at differing
rates; Hops
Doctor programs
use a variety of drills, exercises and training techniques,
all
of which are introduced in a systematic progressive manner from "foundation
training" through to "advanced plyometrics".
Your progress through the program is
"self paced" based
on competence using
"self assessment tests" along the way to measure your
progress and tell you when you are ready to move on to the next "more
advanced" phase of training.
This
approach is a far safer and far more effective way to improve your vertical
jump, speed and agility!
